Europe (outside Finland) - If you don´t have a PayPal account, just send an order by email to us, we send you an IBAN invoice in euros (including postage and 3 euros for handling) for ordered items, you pay, we deliver by mail. You will find PayPal in our checkout.
USA and other countries outside Europe - use PayPal in checkout. Checkout calculates your total by adding price and actual postage fee plus a fee of 3 euros per shipment.

KC Sound Shop sells only to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use KC Sound Shop´s services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
KC Sound ky and KC Sound Shop respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can take immediate action to correct the situation.
RISK OF LOSS
Physical CDs delivered to the buyer by mail are not insured by KC Sound Shop, as that would increase the price total. KC Sound ky or KC Sound Shop do not take responsibilty for any items lost by the Postal Service in any country. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the Finnish Post. However, please email us if you do not receive bought items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
KC Sound Shop does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our address. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, KC Sound Shop does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see Returns elsewhere on this site.

Return Policy
We accept returns if the product is unopened, or if the product is faulty. You will first have to email us and we will take it from there. We need to hear from you to be able to arrange for a full refund. No refunds on downloads or unauthorized returns.
Shipping
We ship mainly by Economy Class Mail from Finland to the address you have given us.
We ship within two business days after receiving your order. According to the Finnish Post, shipment will take around 10 to 15 days from Finland to the USA, but it may take up to a month (in fact, we know a rare case when it took two months, which we think is a really bad performance). To countries nearer Finland, the time will be shorter (pretty logic, eh?). However, keep in mind that Economy Mail is transported by truck, ship, truck, with all the sorting in between, so it may take a couple of weeks for a CD to get from Finland to the buyer in Sweden - it has happened. Anyway, we are not any slower than the major actors. Shipments from the US to Finland take just as long, up to one or two months...
In Finnish/Suomeksi: CD-levyjen toimitukset Suomen sisällä postivapaasti kirjepostissa. Olemme joutuneet lisäämään toimituksiin 3 euroa pakkaus- ja muiden kulujen kattamiseen. Tämä kolmen euron lisä koskee koko toimitusta. Olemme siis edelleen toimitusten osalta halvempia kuin alan suuret.
På svenska: Vi levererar per post (i Finland per brev, till Skandinavien i ekonomiklass) i olika typer av bubbelkuvert eller kartong, beroende på behovet av förpackning. Postavgiften är den officiella postavgiften för brev (CD). Vi har lagt till en avgift på 3 euro för att täcka förpacknings- och andra kostnader. Vid leveranser av CD-skivor inom Finland tar vi inte postavgift.
CD albums: We ship in different bubble bags which take one or two CD albums. For shipments of more than three CD albums we use larger bubble bags or cardboard mailing boxes. One CD jewelcase album in a bubble bag usually weighs a little over 100 grams, but less than 250 grams. (Slimline CDs weigh less than 100 grams, and are cheaper to send). Two CD albums in the larger bubble bag will weigh just under 250 grams. These weights determine the postage, which will be the same for the two alternatives. So buying two CD albums is a good deal! Please note that we have added a surcharge of 3 euros to each delivery in order to cover packing and other costs. It´s still cheaper to send from Finland to the USA than the other way around...
